Hi @StephD

Try turning your puck off for 5 minutes at the mains and power it back on. If it doesn't then pick up your WiFi, try resetting your network connection on the puck:

Select Network settings on your Puck.

Select Reset.

Wait while your network is checked, then select Confirm.

Now, follow the on-screen instructions to:

Connect to a Sky hub

Connect to a router from another provider

Connect with an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

MikeAlanR

Hello,

I've been on holiday and so turned off Sky at the mains. When returning, it won't connect to the internet at all - it's saying it's my router's fault, but I've reset this, and all other internet devices are working/streaming/browsing fine. I've tried resetting the puck too to no avail. Has anyone had this and know how to resolve please?

I have the same issue of an endless loop of reset connection .. but plays and works fine even with this warning . But turn it off and back on and it's back to connect to a network you have no internet 10 mins later it's work for a while.

Every other device works perfect apple TV box

Series x , HiFi ,pixel 9 ,s25 ,fire stick other android TVs in the house . Cameras . Google display and speakers . No problem at all

I even split the WiFi in to different GHZ 2.4 /5/6

Didn't help ..

Added ethernet cable and same issue ..

So for me it's a software or hard ware issue with the puck.

Maybe it's a tactic to get people on sky fibre ?

Either way it's a pain .

Update on the the only way to solve this for me

was to reset the puck and set it up again then log back in to every app ... 🤦🤦

Connected straight away no problem

Hi

I have only just joined the sky stream service. I found that when I turned on the puck for the first time in the day it was saying no Internet and I would have to follow on screen instructions but I just clicked on home button. But in the settings menu found at the bottom of the home screen there is a sub menu called Start up and Standby. In there is an option to turn ON networked standby mode turn that on and power saver off. I found this to work every time I switch on the puck now in the morning it's straight to the home screen. I also use the puck remote to turn TV and Soundbar on at same time..
