And what is the signal strength like where the puck is located? It may be a case&amp;nbsp; you need power line adaptors or WiFi extenders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However if the puck is showing no WiFi when you first turn it on try going into settings and change the following settings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In settings &amp;gt; start up and standby &amp;gt; turn Networked Standby Mode ON and turn Overnight Power Saving OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
