Sports on demand - missing content

I only have Sky Sports to watch the super rugby, most of the games are overnight and so I watch them back in playlist - increasingly commonly I am finding that only part of the game is recorded. For example the Semi Final from Saturday (16th June) is available 'on demand' but only the first half of the game!?! Other games recently have cut the final 10 minutes or so, very frustrating when you start watching a game to find content missing.

I appreciate you only really care about Football, but I only subscribe for a few 'non priority' sports and you're literally only providing half a service!

Your not addressing Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum and we are fellow subscribers. Best advice would be to email which content has been affected to Sky's viewer relations team. Their email is viewerR@sky.uk.

They will investigate and reach out the the relevant teams as necessary.
