      <description>I am having sky stream and open reach is putting in fibre to my house. As I am having 2 streaming boxes will they put in a second cable to my bedroom as WiFi is not possible there and it's where the second streaming box will be</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear, during an FTTP installation Openreach put optical fibre as far as their ONT (Optical Network Terminal), into which the ISP router connects over ethernet cable.&amp;nbsp; As &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3817965"&gt;@Nigelb1972&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/52939"&gt;@Exiled-in-HH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicate, Openreach isn't responsible for any cabling past that point and won't put any in place: that's just not part of the service which they are providing to the ISP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An ISP also won't carry out such a task either: for an ethernet link you'd need to find a suitably knowledgeable local handy person or (more expensively) a specialist network installer.&amp;nbsp; Personally I'd avoid electricians unless they actually know how network topology differs from ring mains ; )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
