I am having sky stream and open reach is putting in fibre to my house. As I am having 2 streaming boxes will they put in a second cable to my bedroom as WiFi is not possible there and it's where the second streaming box will be

In all likelihood NO,... Openreach's responsibility for cabling stops at the router🤔

You could try powerline networking at the secondary location😉

Nope. You'll either need to get Power line adapters or a WiFi extender system

Just to be clear, during an FTTP installation Openreach put optical fibre as far as their ONT (Optical Network Terminal), into which the ISP router connects over ethernet cable. As @Nigelb1972 and @Exiled-in-HH indicate, Openreach isn't responsible for any cabling past that point and won't put any in place: that's just not part of the service which they are providing to the ISP.

An ISP also won't carry out such a task either: for an ethernet link you'd need to find a suitably knowledgeable local handy person or (more expensively) a specialist network installer. Personally I'd avoid electricians unless they actually know how network topology differs from ring mains ; )

Thanks, I will run an ethernet cable from the router like I did with virgin!
