Did you order an extra Stream puck? Give Sky a ring and they will assist.

@Aecus You would have got an order confirmation email confirming what devices you had signed up to and what was being delivered.

If what was delivered doesn't match the details of the order confirmation i'd suggest giving Sky a call.

As a note if want multiple Sky Streaming devices, you cannot just add the WholeHome pack to your account, you also need to order the additional Sky Stream pucks. If you need to order additional Stream Sky pucks your should be able to do this online via your MySky account.
