topic Netflix issues in Sky Stream

Hi,

so I have Netflix premium through my sky. And I had an old Netflix account logged in on the tv.

I was then getting emails from Netflix telling me my payments had failed and that my subscription was paused. I thought this Netflix account was linked to my sky. But it obviously hasn't been. So I cancelled that Netflix membership as they were trying to make me pay for it.

so I then tried to set up Netflix through my sky stream as it is part of my package. But all it tells me is that if I want to use Netflix I need a sky plan in place but I already have a plan in place

so just really confused as to what to do

@Kiajj you will need to contact Netflix I believe and ask them to ensure your Sky account I'm unlinked from your Netflix account.

Once Netflix have done this when you sign in to Netflix from your Sky device it will reperform the linking process and ensure the Sky account is linked to your correct Netflix account and then Sky will take over the billing of that Netflix account.
