I have been having problems with my sky stream. It can be really slow and the sound is not always linking up and there is a delay when actors are speaking. Sometimes the channels do no load and it will then go back to the tv guide.

Not uncommon. Give your puck a regular reboot - turn it off at the wall for a minute or two and allow it to restart, or use the restart option on the settings menu. This will help flush the cache and can improve speed.

The latest software update is allegedly supposed to help with lip sync but it hasn't been pushed out to everyone yet. In the meantime it is recommended that you switch the audio output to passthrough or PCM stereo which may generate some improvement in sync.

Also, make sure your broadband connection is as fast and stable as possible. Ideally above 30Mbps at all times. Using an ethernet cable is preferable.
