Returning stream puck

My sky stream contract ended at the end of last week and since I'll be sending the equipment back to sky I was wondering how long it will take for the return packaging to arrive for me to do so. Thanks in advance

If you have just reached the end of an 18 month minimum term, that would imply you acquired Stream before 23rd February 2023 and so you own the puck(s).

It's pucks on a contract starting on or after 23/02/23 which are on loan and must be returned. Pucks subsequently added to an existing contract which dated from before then are also returnable, so some people will have owned and loaned hardware.

Pucks owned by the user can be retained or sold as they see fit.

I did begin my contract in 2023 but sadly I had to have a replacement puck last year as mine suffered some problems which couldn't be fixed by the usual methods over the phone . Due to this the puck i believe is owned by Sky and will need to be returned.

If you owned your original puck having received it before February 23rd 2023 then the replacement puck which you received under warranty would also be owned by you.

In which case you will not have to return it..

@PSC133 This isn't the case. If you had an "owned" sky puck which became faulty and was replaced after the new period "where they became rented" - you have to return it. Wrong isn't it, but true

In that case it probably depends on whether the Sky logistics chain anticipated such circumstances and the ownership status is correctly recorded. I'd suggest hanging on to the puck for a while and see if they start requesting its return.

Check on your Sky account about ownership. When I had a puck it stated on my account that it was customer owned...
