      <title>Ordered Sky Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm sure one of the admins will move it if not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I placed an order for Sky Stream on Thursday, told it could be 5 days delivery. &amp;nbsp;Ok no worries! &amp;nbsp;However I would expect to have received an acknowledgment by now, either by email or message, but nothing. &amp;nbsp;Have checked My Sky and nothing there. &amp;nbsp;Am I being over optimistic for a response?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your support everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky called back Tuesday evening and I did the reorder. &amp;nbsp;It took AGES, but it all went through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had to pay the "set up" charge by credit card, also, there was mention of a credit check as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2733237"&gt;@SKY1992bf&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned. &amp;nbsp;However unless they'd already got the information up it took a nano second! &amp;nbsp;So whether there was any actual check I don't know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and just to round it all off, pucks were delivered at 09:30 today&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be back later if it all goes to rat **bleep**...........&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
