Select movies not working on Sky Stream

Hi,

So i recently got sky cinema and since i have had it, certain films will not load. It will try for a few seconds and then display "Sorry this item is currently unavailable, please try again later". The main movies this happens with is "Elvis" and the "DC League of Super-Pets".

I have tried refreshing apps and resetting the sky stream.

Please help!

I have the same issue and only with the certain films - would love to know what the issue is.

If you email viewer relations on ViewerR@sky.uk with the titles of the movies which aren't working they may be able to assist.
