      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am really frustrated that Discovery plus will not work on my Stream, I get the message "Upgrade to watch" I have an active Sky subscription and have tried everything I can find on this Forum, to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyone at Sky I should contact, who may be of assistance to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in to your Discovery+ account from a web browser and see if the billing has transferred to Sky.&amp;nbsp; If you previously had a TV package from another provider that gave Discovery+ , they might have highjacked it ..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
