Was it working before or is this a new puck? If it's still not functional after turning it off at the wall for a few minutes and powering it back on, you'll need to ring Sky and ask them to replace it.

Have you tried turning it on using the button on the underneath of the puck? This will help determine if the issue is with the puck, the remote, or perhaps your TV isn't on the correct HDMI input source for you to be seeing the puck's display.

When the puck is on you will see a little white light.
