    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent some time chatting to the help desk and got this response:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;sky havisor&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I see. In which case if it isn't allowing the free access from when you changed from Q to glass, it is part of a known issue that is currently under investigation with our technology teams.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The route cause of the issue isn't known at the moment but they are investigating to find a fix that will be automatically be implemented once available, but we do not yet have confirmation when this will be ready and unfortunately there isn't a work around at this time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Im sorry for the inconvenience this causes but please be assured they are working to get it back online for all Customers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, recently my Discoveryplus app doesn't let me watch anything. &amp;nbsp;(It used to!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it comes up with 'upgrade to watch' when I select anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i definitely have the package, and I've tried signing out and in again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked it all last week so I could watch champions league final.&amp;nbsp; All was ok.&amp;nbsp; Now I come to watch it , it keeps asking me to sign up to TNT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pile of rubbish.&amp;nbsp; I switched to the discovery plus app on my Samsung TV, worked first time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I won't be keeping stream much longer.&amp;nbsp; Better off using TV apps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
