I have Netflix as part of my Sky Stream package. Can I watch it away from the TV on my iPad?

Yes. Log in to Netflix on your iPad with the same account you use to log into to Netflix on Sky Stream/Glass and away you go.

If you're on Netflix with Ads, you can only watch on one device at any given time and you won't be able to download shows/films within the Netflix app on your iPad to watch offline.

With the 2 device or UHD 4 device tiers, you can watch on more devices at the same time and download shows/films on your iPad to watch offline.

@CoffeeDrinker. Not correct with Netflix with Ads, you can actually watch two devices at the same time, you are also incorrect about downloading content. You can download but there is a maximum limit of 15 programmes per month.
