    <description>Also stutters, loses sound and freezes at times watching normal TV as well as on demand. It's not all the time but about 75% of the time. Not impressed with sky stream if I'm honest.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What broadband speed do you get? If it's higher than 50 Mbps then the issue is likely&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;the strength and stability of the WiFi signal (if you have it connected via WiFi).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest solution ( and test of this) is to disable the WiFi in the settings, rebooting the puck by unplugging it for 1 minute and connecting it to the internet via an Ethernet cable instead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
