Sky puk won't stay switched on when it comes on the sky logo comes up but goes of then the puk turns of,

both my puks are doing it

Bit of a long shot but try pulling the plugs for a few minutes then turning them on with the home button

How old are the Pucks?

About 18 months, not sure if they were updating or something as they are both working again now.

If you look in the settings and they are both on version qs028 then yes we're updated ....
