X box has no sound

I just fitted Stream 2 days above. TV is connected to a sonos soundbar- all fine. But I just turned on the xbox today for the first time and there is no sound.

What gives? The only cable I swapped out was the old HDMI cable connecting my old Q to the tv with the new one connecting the Stream to the tv....

@farmgorgon As we can't see or know how you had it setup the fact you swapped boxes would point to the fact something has been disturbed or removed in error.

You''ll need to do your own troubleshooting as we simply cannot know what you did.

Thanks for the quick reply. This sounds weird but I changed the HDMI channel back to the Sky one, then back to the X box one and the sound was working as normal.
