Hi went in to a sky store and ordered sky stream arrived tuesday but not acctivated yet my question is do i start with a trial at first,

@Paul631 You have a 31 day cool off, you do need to activate the puck to start using it.

I'm not aware of any specific trials.

@Paul631 And if you don't activate it yourself within 14 days of delivery sky will do it automatically and start billing from that date
