What exactly do you mean by not working?

Have you tried rebooting your stream puck by unplugging it for 10 minutes?

YouTube is an app, not a channel. If the app is not functioning then try rebooting your puck by turning it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart.

Also try refreshing the apps from the settings menu. This can take several hours but usually helps.

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps
