Mmm, thanks. Looks like I will be cancelling order then, as it was not made clear on the call to Sky that I wouldn't get Netflix UHD. Another £11 will make the Stream deal worse than the SkyQ deal.

I had SkyQ last year (sky sports + Netflix +UHD), but decided to cancel due to price. Sky sent me an email with a Sky Stream offer (sky sports + Netflix + UHD), ie the same as before.

I called Sky to discuss and I was lead to believe would be same, so I ordered.

The email with order states its Netflix standard standard with Ads ?

Is this an error with order and/or email?

• Sky Stream puck
• Sky Ultimate TV - Sky Entertainment with Netflix
• Sky Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos®
• Sky Sports - Complete Pack
• Netflix Standard with Ads

Does the Sky Stream Ultra HD option include Netflix UHD?

@C+r+a+i+g wrote:

Does the Sky Stream Ultra HD option include Netflix UHD?

No. You need to pay an additional £11pm for Netflix Premium. It used to be an additional £8 but this recently increased. The Sky Stream UHD/Atmos pack only affects Sky channel content and has nothing to do with Netflix.

Sky Q also recently changed their packages and have unlinked HD/UHD to the Netflix subscription tiers. You now need to pay a whopping £15pm for Netflix Premium on Q, on top of any charges for HD and UHD on the Sky channels.

Netflix pricing on Sky was updated to align with Neflix's pricing recently.
