    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's sky stream has always worked but now only works when it feels like . It the main box in living room have one in bedroom which I swapped over and tried and it worked fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have SKY Glass/Stream or SKY Q - If SKY Q I guess you mean SKY mini&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is a SKY mini are you trying to watch a UHD recording ? SKY minis cannot view UHD recordings (unlike streaming apps that often adjust resolution to match)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do live channels work fine?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
