    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is usually caused because you aren't closing the apps and what is happening is the memory on the puck is essentially subsequently unable to reopen the apps after a while. Once it gets into this state as advised by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you need to reboot the puck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To prevent it getting into the state you should make sure you regularly close the apps ocne you are done with them. This is quite easy, once you are on the home page on an app, just press the back button. This will either quit back to the Stream Home screen, or which bring up a prompt asking if you want to exit the app (if varies based on the app).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday clicked onto IPlayer, ITVX, Netflix and Paramount apps through living room puck and they go to the sites then straight back to home page, without firing up for all of them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They were working before, please help as still not working today?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
