    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2953023"&gt;@Timmywhizz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couple of things to try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first pull the plug for 10 mins .....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also in the settings menu there's an option for "refresh apps" - if you select this it normally works over a few hours in the background&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sky stream. The channel 4 app freezes every minute or so, making it totally unusable, discovery+ says I have the app through sky, and just need to log in, then when I log in, says I need to go to google to upgrade, cant talk to anyone on the phone, as it ALWAYS says high call volume,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
