Do you have more than one account?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the Sky Stream service, and I'm struggling with adding Netflix...&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(I have a netflix account, and can log into it on the puck)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also have Netflix as a subscription on Sky&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="WatsLu_0-1715688420352.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/100022i1E926435C368E92B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="WatsLu_0-1715688420352.png" alt="WatsLu_0-1715688420352.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I login to netflix on the puck, it says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"To sign up for Netflix on this device, you'll need a Sky Plan. Visit sky.com/upgradenetflix"&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The weblink is very unhelpful, so turning to you guys in the hope you can offer some guidance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
