Is Sky Cinema not working for anyone else today?

I choose a film, it brings up the Play screen but then the screen goes blank. No picture or sound. Other Sky systems seem to be working ok. I tried another movie but the same thing happens. I have a new Cinema subscription, this would have been my first try at watching a movie in Cinema... Cinema is listed in my Products. Mystified!

Try rebooting your Puck by pulling the power cable out for 30 seconds and reinserting
