I have 2 new sky remotes identical one of the will control the sound on my new LG tv the other wont and says my tv is not supported - btw i got the 2 remotes last week, late april 2024, because i have just signed up with sky bb and packages and got 2 pucks with 2 remotes . Oh and it is the same on my older LG tv that my daughter uses. It is so frustrating that neither of them will control the off / but one of them will control the sound. I mean how do you make technical sense of that. One of their support people said he has a tv as well thats not supported so he cant get volume or on / off on his sky remote. Anyone got any sensible explanation please
