Once again voice commands keep interupting programs, how can i switch this function off?

On a Stream puck? You must have a dodgy voice button on your remote of that's the case as Sky Stream pucks have no far field microphone and are not constantly listening for commands.

@FreddieP1884 On Sky Glass you can turn it off on the side of the TV but with stream there is no option to turn it off. If you have stream maybe the voice button on the remote is sticking. If so request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote

Thanks, the remote was replaced recently but the problem still persists
