Sky stop any other TV service like Sky Q but dont ask for you to send the kit back until the cooling off period has finished. If you dont like Stream then call them within the first month and they will reinstate Sky Q service if you have that and ask you to return the Stream pucks.

Sky will allow you to cancel Stream and revert back to Sky Q within the first 31 days, so what happens is that Sky would cancel your Sky Q account and switch you over to Stream. They will then dispatch returns packaging for you, which should arrive about 4 weeks later, so you can return the Sky Q box after the initial 31 days. Sky do this so customers switching from Q can try the new streaming platform and if they don't like it, its a fairly easy switch back over to Q without requiring equipment to be sent out.
