Just got home before 12 and still isn't working tv they told me sky it should be live Tuesday morning at 12 but all I'm getting is link your sky account tried that nothing is working at the moment everything is in place as it should be still cant get nothing out of this might Need an engineer to set it up should be active from Tuesday onwards 12 00 the hub lights are on nothing wrong with that many thanks

What exactly do you see on your screen when you turn the Stream on?

when you try and link your account what happens? What is the exact error message you see?

As glass and stream are streaming devices that just connect to your internet Sky don't provide engineer visits as it's not possible for them to be able to setup on all the various different network setups people have.

Link up your sky account go to settings and go there nothing happens link your sky account you can't access the account on sky .com not available it seems

it's not working the link in to your account for it to work isn't working it seems on screen the sky .com

Now it was saying we can't access your sky account to link up to your account through sky stream unavailable that's all it was saying on screen temporarily unable to link up to your account
