I've got sky stream on my LG remote and use a sky remote. Is it possible to change back and use the LG remote as I can't update my system on my tv

Hi @Ladydi58

Using the Sky Stream remote won't stop your original TV remote from working to do the update your TV.

Well my LG remote doesn't operate the tv anymore since we installed sky stream 🥴

Purley coincidental. I have 4 pucks connected to different TVs and all the original remotes work fine alongside the Sky remote. The sky remote simulates the input for volume and on off only.

Have you done basic troubleshooting such as change the batteries, unplug the puck etc. but as I say there is nothing stream will be doing that is preventing operation of your LG remote.

Failing this you will need to get support from LG.
