@Ruskindog1 Have you tried a reboot? Have you tried adjusting the sound options in the puck settings menu?

I have recently upgraded to sky glass

the sky sports package was supposed to be the same. We are missing BT sports

please can someone call me?

Sky will not call you, you need to call them.
BT Sports (or TNT as it's now known) is an additional charge on Sky Glass.

You can make changes to your account and add new packs (e.g TNT Sports) online via your My Sky account.

TNT sports is sold as a separate subscription package as its a separate subscription service from Sky Sports.
