    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4034710"&gt;@Nick86&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; How incredibly frustrating for you. &amp;nbsp;This is a customer help customer public forum so unfortunately you are not talking to Sky but other customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to call Sky in the morning to discuss this issue. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;dialling 150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is not your provider follow this link &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will reject it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Never received my equipment and sky have now cancelled my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently became a sky customer at our new house. But I never received delivery of our sky tv equipment through DPD, DpD then sent our equipment back to sky. So sky cancelled our account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
