The sky activation page isn’t working so I cannot activate my puck

I cannot activate it meaning I cannot use my sky or set up my Netflix.

@Amy11 have you checked you are logging in with the user name and password linked to the account? If you are what error messagecare you getting as the Sky.com/activate link is loading correctly for me?

@Amy11 Welcome to the forum. Are you signed into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky If not sign in before entering your activation code.

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.

During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
