Connection delay - sky stream Puck

Hi I've recently moved over to sky stream and encountering problems with the network connection.

Everytime I turn on my Puck it takes a few mins to connect to my WiFi and Internet. Is this issue unique to me? It's quite frustrating so I was wondering if it was an issue with my Puck. My broadband speed is quick and it's located in the same room as the router. Grateful for any responses, thanks

@Jonny001 Have a look at your Settings > Start up & Standby menu and check the Networked Standby mode it is turned ON. This stops the puck losing the network connection when it goes into standby. I also turned off the overnight power savings.

This resolved a similar problem for me 😀
