Hello.

As in the title, the option to restart is simply missing on STV

It's there on other channels.

I've rebooted box etc. No change.

I'm watching the chase and the option to restart is simply not available. Pic below

Hi @JazTheTim

It's either an issue with the metadata or with Sky's cloud recording. The best option is to report it to viewer relations (their email is: viewerR@sky.uk) who will get the correct team to investigate.

@JazTheTim At least. you resolved your other STV issue a couple of day ago.

The problem of STV losing the watch from start has occurred before. See the following thread from last year which may give you some information. STV Watch from start not available.
