    <description>&lt;P&gt;Found this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch it off at the mains and unplug it for 30 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug it back in and switch it back on at the mains.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Leave the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck powered on for 30 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After 30 minutes, switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby again.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch it off at the plug and switch it back on again. There’s no need to unplug it this time.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button on the Sky remote.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked (well, I have Discovery+ working again)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue with apps on Sky Stream</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi all, I am having issue with Netflix, BBC Iplayer and Discovery+ through Sky Stream tonight (other apps are working fine, well Disney+ and Prime TV being the ones I've tried).&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Everytime I go to these apps, it lets me open them but when I try and select something to watch, the system boots me out to the home page.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Has anyone else experienced this recently and can offer an explanaition/solution?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting the box by pulling the power cable out for 30 seconds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes an App will crash causing an issue as it's not closed down correctly and a quick reboot should resolve it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It'd be nice if Sky added a reboot option to the main menu or just improve the app management side of the software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
