Sky Stream - Sound

I've had my Sky Stream for coming up to 8 months now and have had no issues what so ever. More recent however when i first turn the sky stream on and start a programme i seem to have no sound on anything. After a few minutes it will suddenly kick in ( i have to jump between live TV something in my playlist to try and get this to work) In some cases no matter how much changing channels etc it won't work on certain programmes and does on others! Any help as it hasn't done this prior to now and has become a regular thing every time i go to watch something!

I have followed all the steps advised already turn off and on, un plug from the tv and back in, check the sound settings etc

Any help really appreciated!!

We have issues with sound, some channels have sound and others not, very frustrating as every film we choose to watch, I.e. on Netflix or prime the souls doesn't work! Help!
