Hi I have just got my new streaming puck and was wondering why some of the stuff I watch is working down stairs but when I move it to bedroom its saying the content you have selected can't be played on this device can someone help me out how its not working thanks

Are you trying to play a UHD channel or on demand stream on a HD TV?

Yes I've just realised it won't work its ok at least I can watch other stuff
