Sound echoing on channel 5 program's

We're having continuing problems with the sound on channel 5 program's.

We watch the LG TV using a LG soundbar. However even when using the TV alone, we still have the same problem.

Can anyone help please?

@Bazza439 Have you tried differen sound options in the stream pucks setting menu?

We're having the same issues with the same set up.

I've changed my sound setting to Dolby Digital Plus through the Sky remote. It's working with no effect on the other channels- so far!

Thanks, as it turns out, I did the same thing last night and upto now everythings working fine.
