Sky Stream deliveries are done by dpd and the Stream equipment is normally delivered either next day or within two days of your initial order.

You should in your order details and listed on the MySky app or online under order tracking see the tracking details from DPD.

In there you can make changes to the delivery details, like having it delivered to a safe place or to another neighbour address or a local pick up point.

Sometimes with dpd you can change the delivery date.
