Sky stream keeps cutting out

Will be watching something on Sky stream when the connection will just cut out/puck switches off with no warning. No issues with broadband service. Any ideas why this happens?

What is your broadband speed? Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?

Did you run the speed test from the Stream puck and that is the only way to determine what speed the puck is getting?

To run from the puck you need to open Netflix, go the Get Help and then Check My Network.
