@1954eamonn the most common cause of a Stream puck stopping part way through a programme is an issue with data delivery. Where they are connected by WiFi it is not just important thst there is sufficent bandwidth as you also need a signal free from interference. Wifi interference is a common issue and can be caused by a neighbour's network being on the same or adjacent wifi channel but can also be caused by your other wireless kit aand in some cases by other electrical kit if they cause sparks etc.

Improving thecWifi signal level will help and simple steps likemaking sure tge router and the puck are out in the open can help a lot. Hiding pucks behind wall mounted TVs is a common cause as TVs contain metal thst blocks the signal. If it is possible using an ethernet cable from the router to the puck is the best solution.

There are numerous things that c an cause this.

The only way to test that is the cause is to connect via Ethernet, go into the device settings and disable the WiFi and then reboot the device by unplugging it for a couple of minutes to ensure that the disabled WiFi setting has been picked up.

Check that Wifi is still turned off as it has been known for pucks to revert to using Wifi.
