Spund and picture not matching

Anyone have issues with sound not matching picture on sky stream. I've tried the following to fix it:

* unplugged puck, tv and router

*tried every sound delay setting

*tried every sound and picture option

*tried different pucks on different TV- all the same

It doesn't happen on apps like netflix, amazon prime etc. Just on live TV and on demand - all channels, sky, bbc, its etc.

It's driving me crazy.

@joannesmca This is a known issue that started with a new update a few days ago. The recommendation as a temporary workaround while Sky find a solution is to try changing your sound settings to PCM or passthrough. I see you have already tried all these options though.
