    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4014915"&gt;@Dixie65&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Unlike the reliable Sky Q remotes the Glass/Stream remotes are always causing issues &amp;nbsp;As an initial step I would reboot your stream just in case there is a minor software glitch. &amp;nbsp;To do this simply switch it off at the&amp;nbsp;plug socket for a minute before switching it on again. I will take about a minute to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, if necessary, try clearing the remote and pairing it again as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds (IR mode)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the remote is still playing up work your way through the following remote troubleshooting guides:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Troubleshooting guide&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-remote/articles/service-checker-sky-glass-remote-help" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Remote help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the above has helped then I would request a replacement at the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Streaming TV replacement remote&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
