Sky Puck powers off on a regular basis

In the last couple of weeks my sky puck powers off whilst watching a program. The remote contol will not turn the puck back on. Eventhough the lights are active on the remote when the buttons are pressed. The only way to get things working again it to unplug the power and perform a cold restart. Anyone else suffering with this issue? The FW is at the latest level of QS025.017.00P. I conacted support but they could not find a problem. Advised to try again
