@Papabob If the used stream puck was bought by the previous owner and you have a strong enough wifi speed then yes,but you will have to call sky to get activated,if however the previous owner was suppose to return the puck to sky as it was on load them you may hit a few problems

If you go into the MySky app, you can order one there, under Your Products>Manage home setup
