Does anyone know how you get the nectar points promised (14,000) when you sign up with Sky?

I've been ringing Nectar since last September but no response from them

It doesn't sound like a Sky offer. Who did you sign up through?

It was a sky / nectar offer, signed up direct with Sky

@Andrew136 The points are issued by nectar not sky but the terms and conditions do state nectar will only issue missing points subject to investigation upto six months after date of original order activation date
