Sky stream - programmes not available to watch

I'm fairly new to sky stream and it's driving me crazy not being able to record things!
I want to watch the new season of air crash investigation (24) but it's not available 'on demand' on sky stream. Why is this? It's shown 'live' Mondays at 9pm on Nat Geo. If I can't watch it then, then I guess I just miss out? It's like going back in time with tv, I just don't get it!

Does it not cloud record if you add it to your playlist from the EPG? That's how it's supposed to work. Doesn't always though...

Go to the program in the EPG and add it to your playlist. It should then set a cloud recording for you.

It's worth noting also that not all shows can be clouded recorded. Unfortunately there is nothing in the UI that indicates which shows can and can't be clouded recorded by Sky.

Essnetially Sky need to have the legal agreement of the broadcaster and the rights holder to take a cloud recording of a show which is the reason that not all shows can be cloud recorded. Whilst the legal issues appear to slowly be getting resolved, with more shows seemingly being cloud recorded now unfortunately it cannot apply to everything.

I'd certainly suggest removing the show from your playlist and trying to re-add it from the EPG and see if that helps (this should fix the issue if cloud recordings are allowed for this programme and if you are running software version QS024 on your device).

I have the same problem with the new season of "Air Crash Investigation" series 25. I added it to my playlist and episode 1 which aired last Monday is not there???
