    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2606732"&gt;@Chrisee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion but I have tried that option to no avail.I read about the hard reboot on this forum so figured it would be ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The puck was becoming unusable as it was so I figured what have I got to loose.It has cured the freezing issue though.I have been a Sky puck user from when they where introduced maybe it is getting to the end of its useful life.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to do a hard reboot on my Sky Stream box due to freezing issues.Since I did that I cannot get my remote volume to sync with my Samsung S95B.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says my tv is not compatible but has worked fine for over a year up until the reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the programming option is not working with the model number try letting the remote cycle through the various options for Samsung TVs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3736196"&gt;@Mike+Led&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have had 3 pucks from launch and do not have any issues and given there is nothing to "wear out" on the units it is very unlikely that the issue is linked to age. Resetting does go wrong and can indeed brick units in some cases which is why Sky ask Superusers not to advise customers to use the option. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure quite why your remotecwont re-program but can only suggest you call Sky they will probably replace the remote.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
