I've bought a second hand puck, what do I need to do to make it work ?

Did you add the Whole Home subscription as well? If not it's not going to be able to link to your account.

You should be able to it by logging into the My Sky app going to TV and manage home packs.

Thank you for your quick reply. I don't know what I signed up for with Sky but I'm going to check now that you have mentioned it. It's a good start and I will keep you posted.

@spot2302 You also need to ensure that the second hand puck was legitimately the previous owner's property to sell and they acquired it from sky before February 23rd 2023

if it was acquired after 23rd February it remains Sky property and could be deemed as you handling stolen goods

@spot2302 Before you go further can you read post 5 above and confirm the seller was legally allowed to sell the puck
